Any information gathered on this Site is used to improve your experience with Inside Scoop or fulfil your order. Anything you submit on our Site or any of our social media properties such as Facebook and Instagram may be displayed publicly.

Reputable and trusted third party vendors may be permitted to access your data in order to carry out their service of maintenance, hosting or upgrade to the Site or other services that we may require from time-to-time. We use a reputable delivery company that will be given access to your mailing information in order to deliver the products to you as fulfilment of your order.

We reserve the right to disclose information in order to comply with a subpoena, court order, administrative or governmental order, or any other requirement of law, or when we, in our sole discretion, believe it is necessary in order to protect our rights or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud and credit risk reduction.

Inside Scoop may share personal information within the Inside Scoop Family. The Inside Scoop Family includes Inside Scoop’s affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, vendors, and franchisees. Members of the Inside Scoop Family that receive this information from Inside Scoop are not authorized to use or disclose the information except as provided in this Privacy Policy.

Inside Scoop may share personal information with vendors that provide services to Inside Scoop, such as fulfilling orders, providing data processing and other information technology services, administering promotions, conducting research and performing analytics, and personalizing individual Inside Scoop experiences. We do not authorize these vendors to use the personal information or to disclose it for any purpose other than to perform services on our behalf.

Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still send communications to you concerning your transactions, accounts with Inside Scoop and any promotions in which you have enrolled.
